HOW TO ASSEMBLE
★ Materials needed: scissors, stapler, our bag toppers, clear treat bags or sandwich bags, Skittles candies
★ Cut out each topper.
★ Fill each treat bag about 1/2 to 2/3 to the top with candy.
★ Fold each topper in half and staple one topper to the top of each treat bag.
